# Candidates Reports

This can only be accessed by an Admin or an [authorized user](https://support.manatal.com/docs/reports).

The Reports features must be enabled to access the Reports menu. Refer to [this article](https://support.manatal.com/docs/reports) for more information.

          Note

          

Charts follows the rules below when it comes to granularity / intervals displayed.

**Selected timeframe / Granularity:**

- Below 1 month / Days
- Greater than 1 month to 3 months / Weeks
- Greater than 3 months to 1 year / Months
- Greater than 1 year / Years

## Access the Candidates Reports

1. Head to the [following page](https://app.manatal.com/reports/candidates). Alternatively, click on "Reports" from your side menu then open the "Candidates" category.

## Overview Reports

**Candidates Created:** Number of candidates created in your database.

## Source Reports

**Candidates by Source:** Number of candidates in your database sorted by source (sourced by your team, applied on your career page, referred or introduced by a recruitment agency,...).

**Candidates by Application Channel:** Number of candidates in your database sorted by the channel they applied through.

**Candidates by Sourcing Channel:** Number of candidates in your database sorted by the channel they were sourced through (Linkedin, email, resume upload,...).

**Candidates by Referrer:** Number of candidates in your database sorted by referrer.

**Candidates by Vendor:** Number of candidates in your database sorted by vendor.

**Candidates by Source over time:** Number of candidates in your database sorted by source over time.

**Candidates by Application Channel over time:** Number of candidates in your database sorted by the channel they applied through over time.

**Candidates by Sourcing Channel over time:** Number of candidates in your database sorted by the channel they were sourced through over time.

**Candidates by Referrer over time:** Number of candidates in your database sorted by vendor over time.

**Candidates by Vendor over time:** Number of candidates in your database sorted by vendor over time.
