# AI Resume Parsing

Fair Usage Notice

To ensure the best experience for all customers, Manatal applies a fair usage cap on certain tools and features. If you have reached these limits due to your specific needs, please contact our support team to discuss increasing your usage allowance.

Whenever a resume is added to a candidate's profile, Manatal's parsing AI agent reads and extracts key information from candidate resumes, creating structured candidate profiles the moment a resume is uploaded.

**The data extracted includes but is not limited to:**

- Name
- Age
- Contact info (email, phone number)
- Location / Address
- Spoken languages
- Nationalities
- Experiences (job title, employer, start and ending dates, description, etc)
- Skills
- Education (university, degree, specialization, start and ending dates, etc)

All this information will be automatically added to the candidate's profile and will be searchable through Boolean Searches / Advanced Searches.
