This can only be done by an Admin.
The 2FA feature allows you to add an additional security layer to your Manatal account, preventing any unauthorized access to it.
As an admin, you also have an option to enforce 2FA login for all users in the account. To do so:
- Head to the following page. Alternatively, navigate by clicking "Administration" in the side menu, opening the "Account and Users" category, and selecting "Account".
Click the "Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for all users" toggle.
Confirm by clicking "Continue" in the pop-up.
Once 2FA has been enforced for the account, all users in the account will see a notification banner, prompting them to set up 2FA in Manatal and in the People Match extension. They can do so right away by following the flow described in this article, or they can also set up the 2FA upon their next login, after entering their account credentials. If users have not set up their 2FA after 7 days, they will be logged out and will have to set it up for their next login.
