Customize the way you refer to the organizations (clients/departments) you are working for.

Note

Any changes will be applied to all users under your company account.

Managing how you Refer to Organizations

  1. Head to the following page. Alternatively, click on "Administration" from your side menu, open the "Customization" category and then the "Organizations (clients/departments)" category then click on "Name".

  1. Select how you refer to organizations from the dropdown menu. To create a custom name, select other from the dropdown menu and enter the required fields.

  2. Click "Save".
