# Export Candidates from a Job

Manatal offers the option to export candidates from a job into an excel file. This includes their profile and all available information related their application like contacts, current and expected packages, pipeline stage they've reached,...

Admins can export candidates from any job. Otherwise, only the job owner can export candidates from that particular job. Read more about job ownership in [this article](https://support.manatal.com/v1/docs/job-ownership-team).

1. While on a job page, click on the "3-dots" icon and then on "Export" from the dropdown menu. An Excel file containing all candidates' profiles and their information will be downloaded.
