# Understanding Free Job Boards Compliance

Manatal performs ongoing Trust & Safety compliance reviews for job postings published to free job boards. To ensure your postings meet these requirements, please review our standards for publishing jobs on Manatal in [this guide](https://support.manatal.com/docs/manatal-trust-safety-policy).

If your account is flagged during one of these reviews, your access to publish jobs to free job boards through Manatal may be unavailable.

### What This Means

You can still use Manatal to manage candidates, collaborate with your team, and streamline recruitment. However, the free job board posting feature will be unavailable until these issues have been resolved.

#### **Workarounds for Posting Jobs**

While posting jobs using free job boards may be unavailable, you can still:

- Post jobs directly on individual job boards
- Post jobs using [Premium Job Board Postings](https://support.manatal.com/docs/premium-job-board-posting)
- Use [Job Board Connect](https://support.manatal.com/docs/publish-your-job-opening-in-job-boards) to receive job board applications in Manatal

When your account is unavailable from free job board posting, you will see the following message when attempting to post to Free Job Boards:
