# Grant Support Access

Important

          

This can only be done by an Admin.

Manatal allows you to grant our support team access to your account for support purposes. This access can be revoked at any time.

## Grant Manatal's Support Team Access to Your Account

1. Head to the [following page](https://app.manatal.com/administration/support/grant-support-access). Alternatively, click on "Administration" from your side menu, open the "Support" category and then click on "Grant Manatal Support Access".

1. Select the duration for which you wish to grant Manatal's support team access to your account and then click on "Grant Access". The access will automatically be revoked at the end of the selected time period.

## Revoke Manatal's Support Team Access to Your Account

1. In order to remove access before the end of the selected period, head to the [following page](https://app.manatal.com/administration/support/grant-support-access). Alternatively, click on "Administration" from your side menu, open the "Support" category and then click on "Grant Manatal Support Access".

1. Click on "Revoke Access" and then on "Continue". Access will immediately be revoked.
