# HireEZ Integration

## What is the HireEZ Integration

The HireEZ integration with Manatal streamlines your hiring process by automating candidate sourcing. It enables you to source, rank, and shortlist candidates seamlessly, then instantly add them to your Manatal job listings. Learn more about HireEZ on their [website](https://hireez.com/).

## Enable the HireEZ Integration

          Important

          

This integration requires Manatal's Open API feature.

This can only be done by an Admin.

### Retrieve API key from Manatal

1. Head to the [following page](https://app.manatal.com/administration/features).  Alternatively, click on "Administration" from your side menu and open the "Features" category.

5. Log in to your HireEZ account. Locate the Manatal integration section and paste the Manatal API token to complete the integration. Refer to this [documentation](https://help.hireez.com/hc/en-us/articles/28071517216795-How-to-Integrate-with-Manatal) from HireEZ to learn how to set up the integration.

## Sourcing Candidates with HireEZ

1. Head to HireEZ to source and shortlist candidates for your Manatal jobs.

1. Shortlisted candidates are instantly sent to Manatal, where they appear in the selected stage.

### **Q1. What should I do if the API key integration fails?**

Ensure that the API key copied from Manatal is correct and has been entered accurately into HireEZ. If the issue persists, check your integration settings and permissions. ### **Q2. Can I choose whether I want candidates added to a specific job or to the common database?**

### **Q3. How do I add stages to the job pipeline in Manatal?**

In Manatal, you can customize your job pipeline stages by going to Administration > Customize > Customize Job Pipelines > Configure job pipelines.
