# How to Connect to your Outlook Calendar

Note

- Upon connecting, Manatal will synchronize activities from the past 30 days and all future activities.
- Moreover, the appropriate time for scheduled activities will automatically be displayed to participants according to their respective timezones.

## How to Connect to your Outlook Calendar

1. Head to the [following page](https://app.manatal.com/settings/integrations). Alternatively, click on your photo at the top right-hand side of the screen, then "Settings" from the dropdown menu and finally click on "Integrations".

3. Once connected, Manatal will sync your activities from the past 30 days and all upcoming activities, which you can manage directly from the [Activities](https://support.manatal.com/docs/activities) menu.

Note

Your Manatal activities and your personal calendar stay perfectly in sync. Updates on one platform are reflected on the other.
