# Humaans Integration

## What is the Humaans Integration
The Humaans integration allows users to send candidates from Manatal directly to Humaans. Learn more about Humaans on [their website](https://humaans.io/){target="_blank"}.

Please find below the list of Manatal fields available to Humaans through this integration:
* first_name
* middle_name
* last_name
* display_name
* preferred_name
* employment_start_date
* birthday
* email(s)
* phone_number(s)

## Enable the Humaans Integration

:::(Warning) (Important)
This can only be done by an Admin.
:::

1. Head to the [following page](https://app.manatal.com/administration/integrations){target="_blank"}.  Alternatively, click on "Administration" from your side menu and open the "Integrations" category.

2. Click on "Enable" beneath the Humaans logo.

3. Input your Humaans API key, agree to the provider's Terms & Conditions and click "Integrate".

## Sending Candidates to Humaans

Candidates can be sent to Humaans by users with any access role (admin, manager, consultant and recruiter). Learn more about user roles in [this article](https://support.manatal.com/docs/user-management#user-roles-amp-permissions){target="_blank"}.

1. From any job pipeline, select one or more candidates you wish to send to Humaans.

2. Click on "Share" and then on "to HR System" from the dropdown menu.

3. Select Humaans as the HR system and then click "Share".

4. You will receive a confirmation message at the top right corner of your screen to confirm the candidate has been sent to Humaans.
