# Jobs and Candidates for Guests

## Jobs

**There are actions that guests can perform while browsing any job page:**

1. Open the candidate's profile.
2. Quick preview of the candidate's profile.
3. Access all the information regarding the job (job description, package, location, etc).
4. View and add Notes related to the job.
5. View and add Attachments related to the job.
6. View and add Activities related to the job.
7. To move candidates between stages, simply drag and drop the candidate in the desired stage.

Important

This action is possible only if your Admin allows for it.

1. To drop a candidate, click on the 3-dots and select "Drop" from the dropdown menu. A window will prompt you to enter a reason for dropping the candidate.

1. To view the AI interviewer meeting results.

Note

  - If sharing has been enabled, you can review candidate AI Interviewer meeting results directly from the Guest Portal. Learn more in [this guide](https://support.manatal.com/docs/ai-interviewer#sharing-ai-interviewer-results-with-guests)
  - If no interviews have been shared yet, this tab will display an empty state.
  - Here, you will only see shared AI Interviews for candidates associated with that job.

What you can review in the Interviews tab

  - **AI Interviews:** View the recording, AI's complete assessment of the candidate and the full interview transcript.

## Candidates

The candidate profile page collects all information related to a candidate.

Important

The amount of information visible to you depends on the settings set by your Admin.

**As a guest, you can still perform certain actions while browsing a candidate's profile:**

1. Access the Notes related to the candidate. Notes related to the candidate can be added there.
2. Access the Attachments related to the candidate. Attachments related to the candidate can be added there.
3. Access the Activities related to the candidate. Activities related to the candidate can be added there.
4. Access the AI interviewer and AI Notetaker meeting results.

This action is possible only if your Admin allows for it.

  - If sharing has been enabled, you can review candidate AI Interviewer and AI Notetaker meeting results directly from the Guest Portal. Learn more in the guides below:

  - If no interviews have been shared yet, this tab will display an empty state.
  - Here, you will be able to see both shared AI Interviews and AI Notetaker meeting summaries for that individual.

What you can review in the Interviews tab

  - **AI Interviews:** View the recording, AI's complete assessment of the candidate and the full interview transcript.
  - **AI Notetaker Sessions:** View the AI-generated meeting summary and the full transcript. For quick sharing or note-taking, you can use the "Copy" button to instantly copy the summary or transcript to your clipboard.
