# Leoforce Integration

The LeoForce integration with Manatal streamlines your hiring process by automating candidate sourcing. It enables users to source, rank, and shortlist candidates, then add them directly to Manatal jobs in real-time. Learn more about Leoforce on [their website](https://leoforce.com/).

## Enabling the Leoforce Integration

          Important

          

- This integration requires Manatal's Open API feature.
- This can only be done by an Admin.

### Retrieve API key from Manatal

1. Head to the [following page](https://app.manatal.com/administration/features).  Alternatively, click on "Administration" from your side menu and open the "Features" category.

## Sourcing Candidates with Leoforce

Once the integration is activated, jobs created in Manatal will automatically appear in Leoforce’s Jobs Dashboard.

2. Leoforce will automatically import the job details and description from Manatal.

Jobs will appear in Leoforce after a short processing time.

1. Head to Leoforce to start sending candidate to Manatal.

1. Shortlisted candidates are instantly sent to Manatal, where they appear in the new candidate stage.

### Q1. How do I start using Leoforce with Manatal?

To get started with Leoforce on the Manatal platform, contact Leoforce’s Partnerships team at partnerships@leoforce.com. The integration enables the direct transfer of qualified candidates into Manatal.

### Q2. How are Manatal job IDs displayed in Leoforce’s system?

When jobs are transferred from Manatal to Leoforce, each job is given a unique Leoforce job ID. The original Manatal job ID can be viewed by hovering over the "E" (for external) icon in Leoforce’s dashboard.
