# Manatal Open API

Manatal’s open API makes it easy to integrate our platform with other solutions used by your organization for an interconnected ecosystem of your own. By interacting directly with data from your Manatal account, you can link our ATS platform to other platforms such as payroll and HRIS solutions like SAP, Oracle, Kronos, ADP, and more.

The Open API feature is available and enabled by default for users on the Enterprise Plus plan.

          Fair Usage Notice

          

To ensure the best experience for all customers, Manatal applies a fair usage cap on certain tools and features. If you have reached these limits due to your specific needs, please contact our support team to discuss increasing your usage allowance.

          Deprecation Notice: Migration to OpenAPI V3

          

We are phasing out support for V1 and V2 API endpoints, and they will **no longer be accessible after February 7, 2025**. To ensure continued access to our API services, we strongly encourage all users to migrate to V3 endpoints as soon as possible.

**Key Details:**

- **Deprecation Date:** February 7, 2025
- **Action Required:** Update your integrations to use the latest V3 endpoints before the deprecation date.
- **Why Migrate?** Enhanced performance, includes new data to retrieve from Manatal, and continued alignment with industry-best security practices.

## Enable Manatal's Open API

1. Head to the [following page](https://app.manatal.com/administration/features/open-api). Alternatively, click on "Administration" from your side menu, open the "Features" category and then the "Open API" category.

1. Click on "Contact our support" to request that the Open API be enabled in your account.

## Generate Open API Tokens

          Note

          

This requires the Open API feature to be already enabled in your account.

          Important

          

If a payment is missed or a plan is downgraded, existing tokens will be deactivated, and you will need to generate a new token.

1. Head to the [following page](https://app.manatal.com/administration/features/open-api). Alternatively, click on "Administration" from your side menu, open the "Features" category and then the "Open API" category.
