# Customize Organization Referring Name

This can only be done by an Admin.

Customize the way you refer to the organizations (clients/departments) you are working for.

Any changes will be applied to all users under your company account.

## Managing how you Refer to Organizations

1. Head to the [following page](https://app.manatal.com/administration/customization/organizations/name){target="_blank"}. Alternatively, click on "Administration" from your side menu, open the "Customization" category and then the "Organizations (clients/departments)" category then click on "Name".

2. Select how you refer to organizations from the dropdown menu. To create a custom name, select other from the dropdown menu and enter the required fields.

3. Click "Save".
