Restrict Access to Client Visibility Control

Important

This can only be done by an Admin.

Enable access restriction to prevent Managers, Consultants, and Recruiters from changing any client’s visibility to confidential. When enabled, only admin users will be able to make an client confidential.

Managing Client Visibility Control

  1. Head to the following page. Alternatively, click on "Administration" from your side menu, open the "Customization" category and then the "Organizations (clients/departments)" category then click on "Status".

  1. Enable to prevent Managers, Consultants, and Recruiters from changing any client’s visibility to confidential.
