# Sprout Solutions Integration

## What is the Sprout Solutions Integration

The Sprout Solutions integration allows users to send candidates from Manatal directly to the Sprout Solutions HRMS platform. Learn more about Sprout Solutions on [their website](https://sprout.ph/).

Here is a list of Manatal fields available to Sprout Solutions through this integration. Keep in mind that not all the listed fields might be utilized by Sprout Solutions. For precise information about the data being transferred from Manatal to Sprout Solutions, please get in touch with their support team:

- Id
- Full_name
- Display_name
- Source
- Email
- Phone_number
- Gender
- City
- Country
- Address
- State
- Zipcode
- latest_degree and university
- years_of_experience
- seniority
- expected_frequency
- expected_currency
- expected_salary
- expected_benefits
- expected_work_type
- skype
- contact
- description
- employee_status
- hired_date
- start_date
- end_probation_date
- employee_job

## Enable the Sprout Solutions Integration

          Important

          

This can only be done by an Admin.

1. Head to the [following page](https://app.manatal.com/administration/integrations).  Alternatively, click on "Administration" from your side menu and open the "Integrations" category.

2. Confirm that you have read Sprout Solutions' T&C and Privacy Policy, then click "Integrate". ![image.png](https://cdn.document360.io/39490836-1db1-4486-9bf0-9314bc46f971/Images/Documentation/image%28757%29.png)
3. In order to finalize the integration, please contact your Sprout Account Manager and provide them with your API token for activation.

          Important

          

- In order to be able to send candidates from Manatal to Sprout Solutions, you will need to wait for Sprout Solutions to confirm the integration has been activated.
- Do not share your API token. In the event your key does become publicly known, please generate a new one by disabling and re-enabling the integration.

## Sending Candidates to Sprout Solutions

          Note

          

Candidates can be sent to Sprout Solutions by users with any access role (admin, manager, consultant and recruiter). Learn more about user roles in [this article](https://support.manatal.com/docs/user-management#user-roles-amp-permissions).

4. You will receive a confirmation message at the top right corner of your screen to confirm the candidate has been sent to Sprout Solutions.
