How to Export Your Data from CATS
To export your CATS data, refer to this guide.
You will have the ability to export fields as either Excel or CSV files. A full export of your entire CATS backup data is available by following this guide.

What Your Export Will Look Like
Your export can be either:
- Field export - Excel or CSV files with selected candidate and job data
- Full account backup - a complete account backup file

Notes Migration
CATS notes appear on Candidates, Positions, and Contacts. They are migrated into Manatal as notes on the respective records.
Notes may be attached to:

- Jobs (from Position notes)
- Contacts

Attachments and Resumes
Resume and attachment migration is handled after the core migration is completed.

Custom Fields
Custom fields are supported in your migration. In addition to the standard fields mapped above, we can migrate the custom fields your team has set up in your previous system.
