Article 17 of the GDPR regulations states that data subjects have the right to request the deletion of all personal data you've gathered about them. The right to erasure, or 'right to be forgotten' is applicable under certain conditions, such as the data becoming unnecessary to the purpose you originally collected/processed it for, consent being withdrawn, and breach of data processing regulations to name a few.
In order to remain GDPR compliant, you need to be aware of the different conditions and circumstances that enable a candidate's right to erasure. Please review article 17 of the GDPR for more details here.
In the case of a candidate requesting the right to erase their personal data, please contact us for assistance with deleting profile information stored on your Manatal account.
