Hiring Performance Reports

The Reports features must be enabled to access the Reports menu. Refer to this article for more information.

Note

Charts follows the rules below when it comes to granularity / intervals displayed.

Selected timeframe / Granularity:

  • Below 1 month / Days
  • Greater than 1 month to 3 months / Weeks
  • Greater than 3 months to 1 year / Months
  • Greater than 1 year / Years

Access the Hiring Performance Reports

  1. Head to the following page. Alternatively, click on "Reports" from your side menu then open the "Hiring Performance" category.

Overview

Placements/Hires Made: Total number of placements/hires made over a given time period.

Matches Created: Total number of matches created over a given time period.

Resumes Added: Total number of resumes added over a given time period.

Pipeline Performance

Recruitment Funnel: Recruitment funnel performance based on on your pipeline stages.

Recruitment Performance by Match Owner: Candidates in added stage that reach the placed stage. This is based on your key-pipeline stages settings.

Recruitment Performance by Job: Matches sorted by job and stage. This is based on your key-pipeline stages settings.

Key Pipeline Stages by Job: Matches sorted by job and key pipeline stage at the current moment. This is based on your key-pipeline stages settings.

Note

The report is calculated by summing the matches in each pipeline stage up to the next key pipeline stage.

  • ADDED candidates are the candidates up to the key pipeline stage “Submitted
  • SUBMITTED candidates are the candidates after the key pipeline stage “Submitted” up to the next key pipeline stage “Interviewed
  • INTERVIEWED candidates are the candidates after the key pipeline stage “Interviewed” up to the next key pipeline stage “Offered
  • OFFERED candidates are the candidates after the key pipeline stage “OFFERED” up to the next key pipeline stage “Hired/Placed
  • HIRED/PLACED candidates are the candidates after the key pipeline stage “Hired/Placed” onwards

Example:

  • Stage 1: New Candidate stage → 4 matches
  • Stage 2: Submitted stage (set as key pipeline stage "Submitted") → 5 matches
  • Stage 3: Offered (set as key pipeline stage "Offered") → 2 matches

The report will display 9 matches for the key pipeline stage "Submitted" (stage 1 and 2 above), and 2 matches for the key pipeline stage "Offered" (stage 3 above).

Pipeline Performance Ratio

Submitted-to-Interview Ratio: Percentage of candidates in submitted stage that reach the interview stage. This is based on your key-pipeline stages settings.

Interview-to-Offer Ratio: Percentage of candidates in interview stage that reach the offer stage. This is based on your key-pipeline stages settings.

Offer-to-Placement/Hire Ratio: Percentage of candidates in offer stage that reach the placed/hired stage. This is based on your key-pipeline stages settings.

Submitted-to-Placement/Hire Ratio: Candidates in added stage that reach the submitted stage. This is based on your key-pipeline stages settings.

Added-to-Submitted Ratio: Percentage of candidates in added stage that reach the submitted stage. This is based on your key-pipeline stages settings.

Added-to-Placement/Hire Ratio: Percentage of candidates in added stage that reach the placed/hired stage. This is based on your key-pipeline stages settings.

Channel Performance

Application Channel Performance: Candidates sorted by application channel and application status.

Sourcing Channel Performance: Candidates sorted by sourcing channel and application status.

Referrer Performance: Candidates sorted by referrer and application status.

Vendor Performance: Candidates sorted by vendor and application status.

User Performance: Candidates sorted by user and application status.

Velocity

Average time to hire: Average time to hire.

Interview Ratios

Interview Ratio by Source: Percentage of candidates having reached the interview stage sorted by source. This is based on your key-pipeline stages settings.

Interview Ratio by Application Channel: Percentage of candidates having reached the interview stage sorted by the channel they applied through. This is based on your key-pipeline stages settings.

Interview Ratio by Sourcing Channel: Percentage of candidates having reached the interview stage sorted by the channel they were sourced through. This is based on your key-pipeline stages settings.

Interview Ratio by Referrer: Percentage of candidates having reached the interview stage sorted by referrer. This is based on your key-pipeline stages settings.

Interview Ratio by Vendor: Percentage of candidates having reached the interview stage sorted by vendor. This is based on your key-pipeline stages settings.

Placement/Hire Ratios

Placement/Hire Ratio by Source: Percentage of candidates having reached the placed/hired stage sorted by source. This is based on your key-pipeline stages settings.

Placement/Hire Ratio by Application Channel: Percentage of candidates having reached the placed/hired stage sorted by the channel they applied through. This is based on your key-pipeline stages settings.

Placement/Hire Ratio by Sourcing Channel: Percentage of candidates having reached the placed/hired stage sorted by the channel they were sourced through. This is based on key-pipeline stages settings.

Placement/Hire Ratio by Vendor: Percentage of candidates having reached the placed/hired stage sorted by vendor. This is based on your key-pipeline stages settings.

Placement/Hire Ratio by Referrer: Percentage of candidates having reached the placed/hired stage sorted by referrer. This is based on your key-pipeline stages settings.

Drops

Dropped Candidates by Reason: Dropped candidates sorted by drop reason.

Drop Reasons over Time: All drop reasons in your database over time.

Drop Reasons by Stage: All drop reasons in your database sorted by stage.
