What is the Quick Search?

The quick search allows users to easily search in their database through the following data points:

  • Candidates:

    • Full name
    • Email
    • Phone number

  • Contacts and Guests:

    • Full name
    • Display name
    • Email
    • Phone number

  • Jobs:

    • Job name
    • Organization (client/department) name under which the job is
    • Job reference

  • Organizations (clients/departments):

    • Name
Note

The quick search will look the data points mentioned above starting from the first characters. As such if we are looking for candidate "Bill Gates" and type either "bill" or "gates" the quick search will yield Bill Gates as a result. If however we type "ates", the quick search will not yield Bill Gates as a result.

Here are the steps to conduct a quick search:

  1. Click on search bar.

  2. Type what you are searching for.

Important

The quick search requires at least 3 characters to yield results.
