Revert to the Legacy Career Page

This can only be done by an Admin.

Follow these steps to revert to the legacy carer page from the advanced carer page.

  1. Head to the following page. Alternatively, click on "Administration" from your side menu and open the "Career Page" menu.

  1. Click on "Want to revert back to the legacy version?".

  2. You can share feedback via the pop-up. If you revert, please tell us why in Intercom. Our product team uses this information to understand any problems and may reach out to learn more.

  3. Click "Confirm" to switch back to the old career page.

Important

Any Job Posts created in the Advanced Career Page will not be transferred to the old Career Page. You will only see the published jobs you had before the migration.

  1. After confirming, your Career Page will switch back to the legacy version with your previous theme and settings.

FAQ

  1. Can I revert multiple times?
    Yes. There’s no limit, you can migrate and revert as many times as needed. However we encourage you to fully explore the new Career Page and take advantage of its new features.

  2. What happens if I migrate → revert → migrate again?
    The system will transfer your job information again. ⚠️ Any changes made during the first migration (like edited job posts or theme changes) will not be restored after reverting to the old career page before the second migration.

  3. Will my new job posts disappear if I revert?
    Yes, job posts created in the Advanced Career Page will not be available in the legacy Career Page. If you want to keep using the new system for creating and publishing job posts, you will have to migrate to the new system again.

  4. Who can perform a revert?
    Only admins can revert to the legacy Career Page.

  5. Can I preview the new Career Page before fully migrating?
    Yes, you can explore the beta and decide at any time if you want to continue with the new system or revert. The decision of fully migrating is yours.

  6. Will reverting affect my candidate data?
    No, all candidate data remains intact. Only new jobs and jobs posts created in the new career page will not transfer back to the legacy system.
