Publish a Job Post on your Advanced Career Page

Create a Job Post

  1. Head to the following page. Alternatively, click on "Career Page" from the side menu, then click on "Job posts".

  1. Click on "New job post".

  2. Input the Position name and fill out any additional fields as needed. Then click "Create".

Publish a Job Post on your Career Page

You can publish a job post to your Career Page in two ways:

  1. From Manatal
  2. From the Career Page

From Manatal

  1. From within a Job, open to the "Sourcing" tab.

  2. Click on "Career Page".

  3. Change the Job Post Status from "Unpublished" to "Published" to publish the job post. The job post will automatically use the details from the associated job you are in, including:

    • Job title
    • Location
    • Salary information
    • Contract type
    • Description

From the Career Page

  1. Head to the following page. Alternatively, click on "Career Page" from the side menu, then click on "Job posts".

  1. Click on the 'Job post status' dropdown next to the job you want to publish to the Career Page.

  2. Alternatively, open a job from the Job Posts menu and click on the 'Job post status' dropdown and select "Published" from within that job.

Pin a Job Post on your Career Page

You can pin a job post in two ways:

  1. From Manatal
  2. From the Career Page

From Manatal

  1. From within a Job, open to the "Sourcing" tab.

  2. Click on "Career Page".

  3. Click on the 3-dots icon next to the job and click on "Pin this job post".
    image.png

  4. That's it, the job will now remain on top of all the other openings on your career page.

From the Career Page

  1. Head to the following page. Alternatively, click on "Career Page" from the side menu, then click on "Job posts".

  1. Click on the pin icon next to the job you want to pin.

  2. Alternatively, open a job from the Job Posts menu and click the pin button.

  1. That's it, the job will now remain on top of all the other openings in your career page.

Edit a Job Post

You can edit a job post in two ways:

  1. From Manatal
  2. From the Career Page

From Manatal

  1. From within a Job, open to the "Sourcing" tab.

  2. Click on "Career Page".

  3. Click on the 3-dots icon next to the job and click on "Edit".

  4. Make the necessary changes and click "Save".

Note
  • To quickly update essential job post details like Position Name, Job Location, Work Type, Headcount, Contract Details, Salary, or Application Form, simply click Edit Job Post , you can make the changes. These fields will automatically sync between Manatal and the Advanced Career Page.
  • Job description fields will only sync the first time after migration. Any edits you make to the description in Manatal after that initial sync will not be reflected on the Advanced Career Page.

From the Career Page

  1. Head to the following page. Alternatively, click on "Career Page" from the side menu, then click on "Job posts".

  1. Click the edit icon next to the job post you wish to modify.

  2. Make the necessary changes and click "Save".

Duplicate a Job Post

  1. Head to the following page. Alternatively, click on "Job posts" in the left menu.

  2. Click the duplicate icon next to the job post you wish to duplicate.

  3. Click "Confirm" to duplicate the job post.

Delete a Job Post

You can delete a job post in two ways:

  1. From Manatal
  2. From the Career Page

From Manatal

  1. From within a Job, open to the "Sourcing" tab.

  2. Click on "Career Page".

  3. Click on the 3-dots icon next to the job and click on "Delete job post".

  4. Select the checkbox to unlink the job post with other jobs that are linked to it.

  5. Click on "Confirm".

From the Career Page

  1. Head to the following page. Alternatively, click on "Career Page" from the side menu, then click on "Job posts".

  1. Click the trash icon next to the job you wish to delete.

  2. Click "Delete" to remove the job post.
