What is the KrispCall Integration?
A KrispCall integration with Manatal connects your cloud phone system directly to your ATS, allowing recruiters to call and text candidates and contacts from inside Manatal using their KrispCall numbers.
Recruiters can place and receive calls, send SMS, and view call history right from candidate or contact profiles, while all calls, messages, voicemails, and recordings are automatically logged back into Manatal. This keeps communication organized, visible to the whole team, and tied to the right candidate or contact without any manual updates.
Enable the KrispCall Integration
- This integration requires Manatal's Open API feature.
- This integration requires active accounts on both KrispCall and Manatal.
- This can only be done by an Admin.
Retrieve Your Manatal API Key
- Head to the following page. Alternatively, click on "Administration" from your side menu and open the "Features" category.

Click on "Open API".

Click on "Generate new token".

Fill in the API token name and click on "Generate".

Copy the generated API key.

Log in to your KrispCall account and locate the Manatal integration section. Enter the Manatal API token and your Manatal email to complete the integration. Learn more in this guide.

Once integrated, use the KrispCall configuration panel to manage how calls, messages, and contact data sync with Manatal. Refer to the KrispCall guide to configure the settings.
Making calls and sending message from Manatal

Head to the Chrome Web Store and click on "Add to Chrome". Login with your KrispCall credentials on the extension.

In your Manatal account, go to a candidate or contact profile. You will see the KrispCall icon visible next to their phone number.

Click on the icon and you'll see the options to handle calls and SMS directly from your Manatal workspace.

Find all incoming/outgoing call logs and SMS threads under the Notes tab of the specific Candidate or Contact profile.

Q1. Can I log in to both the KrispCall app and the Manatal dialer at the same time?
Yes. You can use the same KrispCall account in both the KrispCall app and the Manatal dialer at the same time. Logging in on one will not log you out of the other, so you can switch between tools without any session conflicts.
Q2. Can I make or receive calls globally? Are there any restrictions?
Yes. You can make and receive calls to and from numbers worldwide using KrispCall. However, the availability of phone numbers you can purchase is limited to around 110 countries.
Q3. Can I connect multiple Manatal accounts to the same KrispCall workspace?
No. A single KrispCall workspace can be connected to only one Manatal account. If you need to use multiple Manatal accounts, each one must be connected through a separate KrispCall workspace.
Each integration runs independently, so changes made in one workspace do not affect the others.
Q4. Does the Manatal × KrispCall integration support one-way and two-way syncs?
Yes. The integration supports both one-way and two-way synchronization between KrispCall and Manatal.
Q5. Are there any requirements for two-way synchronization?
Yes. For two-way syncs to work, the contact must already exist in Manatal. If the contact does not exist, updates from KrispCall will not sync back to Manatal.
Q6. Is member (user) synchronization supported?
No. Member or user-level integration is not supported. The integration syncs contacts and activity, not KrispCall or Manatal users.
