Type of Fields

When creating new custom fields or application forms, Manatal allows you to choose from a wide variety of field types:

  1. Text: Allows for text up to 255 characters.

  2. Long Text: Allows for text with no character count limit.

  3. Date: Allows for a date to be inserted.

    Important

    Only dates with the format YYYY-MM-DD are accepted.

  4. Number: Allows for a number to be inserted.

  5. Percentage: Allows for a percentage to be inserted.

  6. Boolean: Allows for a yes or no answer.

  7. Dropdown: Allows for one option to be selected from a dropdown menu.

  8. Multiple Dropdown: Allows for one or more options to be selected from a dropdown menu.

  9. Multiple Choices / Select: Allows for one option to be selected from multiple choices field.

  10. Checkboxes: Allows for one or more options to be selected from a checkboxes field.

  11. Rating: Allows for a rating from 1 to 5.
