This feature allows Administrators to enhance account security by automatically signing users out based on inactivity or a fixed session timeframe. It ensures that sensitive candidate data remains protected even if a device is left unattended, helping your team maintain high security and compliance standards.

Auto Logout Options

You can configure the auto logout behavior using one or both of the following methods:

  • Inactivity Timeout: Automatically logs a user out after a specific period of idleness (e.g., 15, 30, or 60 minutes).
  • Fixed Session: Enforces a mandatory re-authentication after a total set time, regardless of activity (e.g., 8, 12, or 24 hours).
