Enable the Hirevire Integration

Important

This integration requires Manatal's Open API feature.

This can only be done by an Admin.

This integration is maintained by Hirevire and is subject to changes from their end.

Retrieve API key from Manatal

  1. Head to the following page. Alternatively, click on "Administration" from your side menu and open the "Features" category.

  1. Click on "Open API".

  2. Click on "Generate new token".

  3. Fill in the API token name and click on "Generate".

  4. Copy the token.

  5. Log in to your Hirevire account. Locate the Manatal integration section and paste the Manatal API token to complete the integration. Refer to this video on Hirevire to learn how to set up the integration.

Sending Hirevire Assessments to Candidates:

To proceed, you will need to create the assessments on Hirevire.

Matching Jobs to Assessments on Hirevire

Note

Linking an assessment to a Manatal job must be done on a per-job basis.

  1. Click on the Settings icon on the job page where the video assessment has been set up.

  2. Go to the Integrations tab and toggle the switch on for Manatal.

  3. Select the Manatal job where you want to send the assessment. Then, choose the pipeline stages where the candidate should receive and complete the assessment. Finally, click "Save."

Sending the Assessments to Candidates

  1. Move a candidate to the pipeline stage that is mapped to "Invitation stage" on Hirevire for the selected job.
    • This automatically triggers an email with assessment to the candidate.
Note

It may take up to 15 minutes for the candidate to receive the invite.

  1. When the candidate completes the assessment, they automatically move to the pipeline stage that is mapped to "Completion stage".

  2. To review the assessment response:

    • Open the candidate's profile by clicking on the eye icon.

    • Click on "Notes".

    • Locate the assessment result. Follow the link to access detailed assessment information in the Hirevire interface.

Yes, you can link existing jobs in Manatal with the Hirevire integration. Ensure the job and assessment link is set up on Hirevire to ensure a smooth assessment process.

In Manatal, go to Administration > Customize > Customize Job Pipelines > Configure job pipelines. Add the stages “Hirevire Initiated” and “Hirevire Completed” to your job pipeline and save the changes.
