If your organization has an active paid contract with LinkedIn, you can take advantage of LinkedIn Job Wrapping to automatically publish jobs created in Manatal directly to your paid LinkedIn slots.

What is Job Wrapping?

Job Wrapping is a LinkedIn service that automates the transfer of job postings from your ATS (like Manatal) to LinkedIn. Once enabled, any job you post on Manatal will be automatically mirrored on LinkedIn, helping you streamline job distribution and save time.
Please note: the number of jobs that are published depends on the number of job slots you have with LinkedIn.

  • This service is fully managed by LinkedIn. Manatal does not control or influence how jobs are created from career pages via this integration.

How to Enable Job Wrapping with Manatal

To start the setup process, take the following steps in LinkedIn Recruiter:

  1. Navigate to Product Settings
    • Click on your Profile Picture at the top of the home page in Recruiter.
    • Click Product settings in the drop-down menu.
  2. Add New Job Source
    • Click Job posting on the left-hand side.
    • Next to Job sources for automated job postings, click View/Edit.
    • Click the Job source requests tab.
    • Click Add new job source.
  3. Select your ATS
    • From the dropdown, choose Manatal.
  4. Enter the Job Source URL
    • Use the main careers page URL from your Manatal career page. (i.e. https://careers-page.com/your-company-name)
  5. Estimate the Number of Jobs
    • Select the estimated number of open jobs you’ll be posting via Manatal (e.g., 21–50, 101–500).
  6. Enter your LinkedIn Company Page
    • Input the full URL to your company’s LinkedIn Page (e.g., https://www.linkedin.com/company/your-company-name).
  7. Choose Applicant Source Tracking
    • Select “Use applicant source tracking code”
    • Paste the tracking code: utm_medium=free_job_board&utm_source=linkedin
  8. Submit the Request
    • Once submitted, LinkedIn will review the request. It may take a few business days to activate the integration.

Important Notes

  • Job Wrapping is only available to LinkedIn customers with paid job slots
  • Once Job Wrapping is enabled, your jobs will be fetched automatically from Manatal and displayed on your LinkedIn Company Page depending on the number of Job slots.
  • This feature is separate from the organic job posting feature in Manatal.
