Manage Custom Resume Template Legacy

This can only be done by an Admin.
A "Custom resume" is generated using the data parsed from the original resume in addition to other candidate information. The "Custom resume" can include a logo, a watermark, a custom header/footer and enable you, for example, to remove candidate contact details or add a summary.
Any changes will be applied to all users under your company account.
Custom Resume General Settings
Customize Organization Name
Add an organization name which can be inserted into your custom resumes.
- Head to the following page. Alternatively, click on "Administration" from your side menu, open the "Resumes" category and then the "Custom Resume" category then click on "Organization Name".
- Enter the organization name and click "Save".
Customize Organization Email
Add an organization email which can be inserted into your custom resumes.
- Head to the following page. Alternatively, click on "Administration" from your side menu, open the "Resumes" category and then the "Custom Resume" category then click on "Organization Email".
- Enter the organization email and click "Save".
Customize Organization Website
Insert an organization website which can be inserted into your custom resumes.
- Head to the following page. Alternatively, click on "Administration" from your side menu, open the "Resumes" category and then the "Custom Resume" category then click on "Organization Website".
- Enter the organization website and click "Save".
Enabling Watermark
This option enables watermarks in the resume's background.
- Head to the following page. Alternatively, click on "Administration" from your side menu, open the "Resumes" category and then the "Custom Resume" category then click on "Watermark".
- Enable watermark in custom resumes.
Using an Image or Text as Watermark
The following option allows you to switch between watermark types:
- If enabled, you will be given the option to upload an image of your choice.
- If disabled, you are given the option to enter a custom text that will appear as a watermark on the resume.
- Head to the following page. Alternatively, click on "Administration" from your side menu, open the "Resumes" category and then the "Custom Resume" category then click on "Use an Image as Watermark".
Enable/disable image-based watermarks.
If enabled, read the instructions below to insert an image. If disabled, click here to add custom text.
Customizing the Logo and Image Watermark
- Head to the following page. Alternatively, click on "Administration" from your side menu, open the "Resumes" category and then the "Custom Resume" category then click on "Edit".
Click on "+" or the existing images if you have already uploaded images.
Select an image, crop it then click "Save". That's it you have uploaded a logo or watermark image.
You can adjust the watermark's transparency by using the slider located beneath the watermark display.
For changes to be reflected, please regenerate the candidate's resume.
Showing Candidate Image
Option to enable/disable displaying the candidate's photo in your custom Resume.
- Head to the following page. Alternatively, click on "Administration" from your side menu, open the "Resumes" category and then the "Custom Resume" category then click on "Show Candidate Photo".
- Enable showing candidate photo in custom resumes.
Selecting your Custom Resume Template
Manatal offers a couple of custom resume template from which to choose from. Depending on the resume template you can edit more details of your custom resume.
- Head to the following page. Alternatively, click on "Administration" from your side menu, open the "Resumes" category and then the "Custom Resume" category then click on "Default Template".
- Select the default template from the dropdown menu and click "Save".
Customizing your Custom Resume Header
This is available in both the Classic and Summary custom resume template.
- Head to the following page. Alternatively, click on "Administration" from your side menu, open the "Resumes" category and then the "Custom Resume" category then click on "Edit".
Select the information from the dropdown menus for each of the fields.
For changes to be reflected, please regenerate the candidate's resume.
Customizing your Custom Resume Footer
- Head to the following page. Alternatively, click on "Administration" from your side menu, open the "Resumes" category and then the "Custom Resume" category then click on "Edit".
Click on the + or pencil icon in the footer section.
Enter the text to be displayed in the footer and click "Save".
For changes to be reflected, please regenerate the candidate's resume.
