Manatal Terms Used in This Reference

Term Meaning
Candidate A job seeker's profile in your database.
Job A role you are recruiting for.
Organization A client company or internal department that jobs belong to.
Contact A person at an Organization, such as a hiring manager or client-side contact. Not a job seeker.
Match A Candidate placed into a specific Job's pipeline. Moving a candidate through your hiring stages means moving the Match.

Candidates

Triggers

Trigger Description
Candidate Created Fires when a new candidate profile is created in Manatal.
Candidate Updated Fires when an existing candidate's information is updated.

Actions

Action Description
Get Candidate Retrieve a full candidate profile by ID. Also returns the candidate's complete education and work experience history in the same call.
Get Many Candidates Retrieve a list of candidates, with optional filters including name, email, tags, owner, source type, and created/updated date ranges.
Create Candidate Add a new candidate profile to your Manatal database.
Update Candidate Update the details of an existing candidate.

Candidate Attachments

Action Description
Get Candidate Attachment Retrieve a specific file attached to a candidate by ID.
Get Many Candidate Attachments Retrieve all files attached to a specific candidate.

Job Status Updated Fires when the status of a job changes (e.g., Open → On Hold).

Create Job Create a new job opening within an organization.

Matches

Triggers

Trigger Description
Match Created Fires when a candidate is added to a job pipeline.
Match Moved Fires when a candidate moves to a different pipeline stage. Fires on every stage change; use an IF node to act on one specific stage such as Hired, Interview, or Offered.

Actions

Action Description
Get Match Retrieve details for a specific match by ID.
Get Many Matches Retrieve a list of matches, with optional filters.
Create Match Add a candidate to a specific job's pipeline.
Update Match Move a candidate to a new pipeline stage, reassign the owner, or set milestone dates (submitted, interview, offer, hired, dropped).

Match Attachments
