Manatal offers the option of pinning jobs on top of your opening list in your Career Page.
To pin a job on your career page:

When on the page of the job you want to pin, click on the "Sourcing" tab.

Enable "Pin Job".

That's it, the position will now remain on top of all the other openings in your career page.
