Admins can export candidates from any job. Otherwise, only the job owner can export candidates from that particular job. Read more about job ownership in this article.

  1. While on a job page, click on the "3-dots" icon and then on "Export" from the dropdown menu. An Excel file containing all candidates' profiles and their information will be downloaded.
