How much does Manatal cost? How do I calculate my subscription?

Manatal's pricing depends on the number of users, jobs, candidates, and the specific features you need.

You can add as many users as you want—like administrators, managers, consultants, or recruiters—each with their own permissions.

Creating a job lets you add candidates, publish the job on your career page, connect with job portals, source candidates from various channels, store all related information, assign tasks to your team, generate reports, and guide candidates through your recruitment pipeline, among other functions.

Your current number of job vacancies and desired features will help determine the most suitable plan for you. Remember, you can always add more jobs later.

Professional Plan: $15 USD per user/month (billed annually), including 15 jobs and up to 10,000 candidates.

Enterprise Plan: $35 USD per user/month (billed annually), offering unlimited jobs and candidates, plus access to Workflow Automations.

Enterprise Plus Plan: $55 USD per user/month (billed annually), encompassing everything in the Enterprise plan, plus User Groups and SSO features, API access, priority support, and access to Beta features.

Do Manatal fees include taxes?

  • Using Manatal in Singapore

    • For Manatal users in Singapore, GST is charged on top of Manatal cost at the standard rate enforced by Singaporean tax authorities, currently 9%.
  • Using Manatal outside Singapore

    • Manatal does not charge any taxes on fees to customers located outside Singapore.

Which plan is right for me?

When deciding between the Professional and Enterprise plans, consider your company's number of open job positions.

If you have fewer than 15 open positions, the Professional plan is the most suitable choice. For more than 15 jobs, the Enterprise plan will better meet your needs.

Also, note that certain features and perks are exclusive to specific plans. Workflow Automations are only available in the Enterprise and Enterprise Plus plans. Meanwhile, SSO, User Groups, API access, priority support, and Beta feature access are exclusive to the Enterprise Plus plan.

How can I upgrade my plan?

If you wish to upgrade plan, the admin of your account can do it with a few clicks. To do so, simply follow our documentation.

How does Manatal ATS pricing compares to their alternatives?

Unlike most of its competitors, Manatal provides a transparent and favorable pricing plan, starting from $15/user/month only.
To help you make an informed decision, we offer a 14-day free trial, no card required.

What does the job limit mean? How many jobs can I have?

The job limit is the maximum number of jobs you can create in your account.
Note: A job is not a headcount and you can have unlimited headcounts for one job.
The job limit is calculated per account and not per user.

What happens at the end of my free 14-day trial?

At the end of your free trial, if you have entered a valid payment method, you will be charged based on the plan and number of users you selected.
If you have not entered one, you can do it by signing in to your account. Once you have registered a valid card, you will have access to your data again.

What features are available during my free 14-day trial?

During the free trial, non-subscribers have access to all the features that are available in the Professional, Enterprise and Enterprise Plus plans apart from free and premium job board posting, sending emails using the Manatal domain, mass emailing, email automations, AI generated job descriptions, and the GDPR consent request tool.

Once subscribers have made their first payment and their account has been verified, they gain access to all available features.

Can I get my existing candidates on Manatal?

Yes. Contact us for more details or use the Data Import feature within Manatal to import candidates, jobs, contacts, clients or departments through CSV or JSON files..

How can I add candidates?

There are several ways to add candidates with Manatal:

  1. Filling up a form
  2. Dropping a resume
  3. Adding him through LinkedIn with a Chrome extension
  4. Forwarding emails from Job Boards
  5. Forwarding your candidates by email
  6. Migrating your databases

If I add a payment method during the free trial, what happens to my remaining free trial days?

If you add a valid card while you are still in your 14 days free trial, you will not lose the value of the days you have left. You will be billed once the remaining days are over.

Do I need a card during my free trial?

No. You won’t need a card during your free trial.

Can I integrate Manatal with other software used by my organization?

Yes. Manatal’s open API makes it easy to integrate our platform with other solutions used by your organization for an interconnected ecosystem of your own. By interacting directly with data from your Manatal account, you can link our ATS platform to other platforms such as payroll and HRIS solutions like SAP, Oracle, Kronos, ADP, and more.
