Requesting Data Processing Consent

Important

To request data processing consent from candidates, GDPR Tracking and the Consent Request Tool need to be enabled.

Data processing consent can be requested from :

Candidate Profile

  1. Head to a candidate's profile and click on the three-dots.

  2. Select "Request Consent" from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click on "Continue" and the data processing consent request will be sent to the candidate.

Request Consent from the Candidates Menu

  1. Head to the following page. Alternatively, click on "Candidates" from your side menu.

  2. Select one or more candidates.

  3. Click on "Request Consent" and

  4. Click on "Continue" and the data processing consent request will be sent to the candidate(s).

Request Consent from a Job

  1. Head to any job and click "List view".

  3. Click on "Request Consent" and

  4. Click on "Continue" and the data processing consent request will be sent to the candidate(s).
