This guide explains the pre-built reports available in the Advanced Reports library.

Sample values are illustrative and will differ from your account.

Data refresh

The Advanced Reports data is updated every 6 hours.

Adding a Report from the Library

  1. Head to the following page. Alternatively, click on "Reports" from your side menu and click on the “Try now” button on the banner at the top of the page.

  1. On the Advanced Reports page, select an existing dashboard and click "Add Row".

  1. Click "Select from library".

  2. In the library, look for reports marked with a blue verified checkmark. These are Manatal's built-in Advanced Reports.
    Select the report you want and click "Add to dashboard".

    Note

    Built-in Advanced Reports are identified by the blue verified checkmark beside the report name. You can also add custom reports to the library. Unlike Manatal's built-in reports, custom reports will not display a blue verified checkmark. Learn more about custom reports in this guide.

1. Candidates created over time

Image

  • What it shows: The number of candidate records created over time.

  • Use case: Track growth in the candidate database and spot unusual increases or decreases in candidate creation.

2. Candidates by source type over time

Image

  • What it shows: Candidate creation grouped by time, split by source type such as sourced, applied, referred, or agency.

  • Use this report to: Compare how the mix of candidate types changes over time and identify which type contributes most.

3. Candidates by owner over time

  • What it shows: Candidate creation over time, split by the user who owns each candidate.

  • Use this report to: Review ownership distribution, recruiter workload, and changes in database contribution over time.

4. Candidates by referrer over time

  • What it shows: Referred candidates created over time, split by referrer.

  • Use this report to: Monitor referral activity and identify recurring or high-volume referrers.

5. Candidates by source type

Image

  • What it shows: The overall share of candidates classified as sourced, applied, referred, or agency.

  • Use this report to: Understand the composition of the candidate database at a glance.

6. Applied candidates by channel

Image

  • What it shows: The distribution of applied candidates by acquisition channel, such as career portal, agency, free job board, or external portal.

  • Use this report to: Identify which application channels generate the most candidates.

7. Sourced candidates by channel

  • What it shows: The distribution of sourced candidates by sourcing channel, such as form, resume, extension, agency, or referral.

  • Use this report to: Compare sourcing methods and see where sourced profiles enter Manatal.

8. Candidates by owner

  • What it shows: The share of candidate assigned to each owner.

  • Use this report to: Check ownership distribution.

9. Candidates by referrer

Image

  • What it shows: The share of referred candidates attributed to each referrer.

  • Use this report to: Identify the referrers contributing the most candidates.

10. Matches created over time

  • What it shows: The number of candidate-to-job matches created over time.

  • Use this report to: Track recruiting pipeline activity and spot periods with unusually high or low matching volume.

11. Recruitment Funnel

  • What it shows: Match volume by job pipeline stage, together with the percentage dropped at each stage.

  • Use this report to: Find stages with high volume or high drop-off and identify possible bottlenecks.

12. Recruitment Performance by Match Owner

  • What it shows: The number of matches handled by each owner, broken down by job pipeline stage.

  • Use this report to: Compare recruiter activity and understand where each owner's matches sit in the process.

13. Average time to placement

  • What it shows: The average time to placement, with a time comparison when comparison data is available.

  • Use this report to: Monitor how quickly successful matches reach placement and whether the average is improving.

14. Interviewed ratio

  • What it shows: The proportion of submitted matches that reached an interviewed stage, alongside the number of unique matches.

  • Use this report to: Measure how often client submissions progress to interviews.

15. Jobs by status

  • What it shows: The share of jobs by status, such as active, won, lost, planning, or on hold.

  • Use this report to: Understand the current job portfolio and see whether most jobs are active or closed.

16. Jobs by status by organization

Image

  • What it shows: Job counts for each organization, broken down by job status.

  • Use this report to: Review which clients have active, won, lost, planned, or on-hold jobs.

17. Matches by Owner

Image

  • What it shows: Each owner's unique match count and outcome ratios, including percentage hired and percentage dropped.

  • Use this report to: Compare match volume and outcomes across recruiters or match owners.

18. Candidates owned by user

Image

  • What it shows: The number of candidate records owned by each user in a horizontal bar chart.

  • Use this report to: Compare candidate ownership across users.

19. Jobs by status by user

  • What it shows: Job counts for each owner, broken down by status.

  • Use this report to: See each user's active and closed job portfolio and review allocation across the team.

20. Organization by Pipeline Stage

  • What it shows: The number of organizations at each organization pipeline stage.

  • Use this report to: Review the client-development pipeline and see where organizations are concentrated.

21. Organization by Owner

  • What it shows: The number of organizations owned by each user.

  • Use this report to: Compare client-account ownership.

22. Offered ratio

  • What it shows: The proportion of interviewed matches that reached the Offer stage, alongside the number of unique matches.

  • Use this report to: Measure conversion from interview to offer.

23. Hired ratio

  • What it shows: The proportion of offered matches that reached Hired stage, alongside the number of unique matches.
