In this guide, you'll learn how to generate and customize advanced reports using Manatal ATS.

Step 1: Access the Advanced Report feature by clicking on Reports on the left-hand side of the screen.

Step 2: Click on Try now.

Step 3: You'll be redirected to our Advanced Report. Here, you'll have the option to create a new dashboard.

Step 4: Name your dashboard and start adding reports to it.

Step 5: You have two main options to add reports. The first option is to select from the library of existing reports. You're free to modify these reports to suit your needs. The second option is to create a new report.

Step 6: Click on Create new report. Select the data set for your report. This could be candidates, jobs, matches, revenue, or other types of reports.

Step 7: Choose how you want to visualize your report. You have options like column chart, pie chart, or line chart.

Step 8: Select certain fields like metric Y and metric X to generate the reports. You can select any fields in Manatal to generate the reports. These fields can be native fields or custom fields. You also have the option to sort them, drill down, and create custom metrics by clicking on Advanced option.

Step 9: With our advanced report, you can generate different types of reports such as Recruiter performance, Revenue by recruiter, Candidates by recruiter, Time to submit by recruiter, and Time to fill by recruiter. You can also set team goals.

Step 10: You can download these reports as a PDF file. Click on Download dashboard to download all the reports, or click on the three dots to export individual reports.
