In this article, you'll learn how to manage and review candidate profiles in your database. You can review a candidate's resume, social media presence, schedule interviews, and more.

Step 1: Navigate to the Jobs section on the left-hand menu bar. Open a specific job, for instance, CEO, to view the list of candidates for that job.

Step 2: Click on the eye icon to review a candidate's profile. This will display all the information parsed from the candidate's resume, including their skills and experience. Remember, you can modify these details as they are fully customizable.

Step 3: Click on the Resume tab to review the candidate's resume.

Step 4: Click on the Inbox to send SMS or emails to your candidates. You can integrate this feature with your Gmail or Outlook.

Step 5: Click on the Social tab to review the candidate's social media presence. This feature aids in background checking by providing access to the candidate's LinkedIn or Crunchbase profiles.

Step 6: Click on the Job section in the candidate's profile to see the list of jobs the candidate has been added to. You can add candidates to more jobs if needed.

Step 7: Click on Recommendation to view suitable job recommendations for your candidates, powered by AI technology.

Step 8: Click on Activities to create tasks related to candidates or schedule interviews. You can add candidates as attendees and select Google Meets or Microsoft Teams for the meeting. This will reflect on the calendar of the candidates and the assignees.

Step 9: Upload any files related to the candidate, such as achievements, certifications, or diplomas, in the Attachments section.

Step 10: Tag the candidate. These tags are customizable and searchable.

Step 11: After reviewing the candidate's profile, you can move or drop them. If you drop them, select the drop reasons. The candidate will remain in your database.

Step 12: Use the Advanced Search feature to find candidates in your database. You can use Boolean search and advanced search, and search by keywords, location, experience, languages, and more.
