Why Upgrade?

Note
  • All your currently published jobs will automatically be published on the new Career Page and remain visible to your candidates.
  • This migration process is fast. The system quickly copies your job information and creates new job posts. Even large accounts with thousands of jobs can be moved in just a few seconds. For example, migrating 1,000 jobs typically takes only 10 to 15 seconds.

FAQ

1. What happens if I create new jobs during or after the migration?
Only jobs created before the migration will be automatically moved. Any new jobs created after the migration will need to be published manually in the new system.

2. Will my career page's current theme be migrated?
No, the migration only transfers job data and job posts. You will need to customize the design of your new Career Page using the new editor. This gives you the opportunity to explore all the new features and build the page exactly how you want it.

3. How long does migration take?
Migration speed depends on how many jobs you have. As a reference: around 11 seconds per 1,000 jobs.

4. Can I switch back to the old Career Page?
Yes, you can. A revert option is available if you need to switch back. Learn more in this guide.

5. Do I need to reconfigure my custom domain or iFrame after the migration?
Yes, if you used an iFrame or a hosted link, you will need to replace the existing code with the new iFrame or hosted link. This is necessary because the career page's domain has changed. Learn more in this guide.

6. Will my application forms be migrated?
No, the previous application forms will not be migrated to the new system. All your published job post will use the default application form in the new Advanced Career Page. Learn more about the new application form builder in this guide.

7. Do I need to redo my Career Page settings after migrating?
Some basic information, such as the page name and URLs, will be transferred automatically. However, you will need to reconfigure certain settings, including social media links and policies. This is a one-time setup.
